We appreciate that you’ve chosen us for your massage and wellness needs. To provide the best service possible to our clients we have implemented the following policies.

Spa Environment

For the considerations of you and other guests, we ask that you turn off your cellphones and speak softly within the spa.

During Your Session

Please let us know about the water temperature, the music volume, the pressure, etc. We can adjust to make sure you have a most relaxing experience.

Jewelries/Valuables

Please remove your jewelries and leave your valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Dressing/Undressing

Please wear comfortable clothes. We’d ask you to undress at your comfort level before the session starts. Robes are available during the service

Session Times

Please remember that your session time includes undressing and redressing as well as professional consultation and recommendation from your therapist.

Arrival

We ask you to please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to ensure your full time. If you happen to be running late, please call to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs; however, the full amount will be charged, and the full session time is not guaranteed.

Cancellations

To cancel your appointment, we require 24-hour notice.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can only be used at the studio where they were purchased. Gift cards are non-refundable, have no cash value and unless stated do not include gratuity. Gift cards must be presented at time of appointment, otherwise the full session amount will be due.

Packages

Package sessions are non-refundable and do not include gratuity. You may share your package sessions.

Payment

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. We must have a valid credit card on file to reserve your appointment. Apple Pay also welcome
